Speedway Motorsports provided a turn-key solution for all EchoPark Automotive hosting for executive and VIP guests.
Hospitality
For all invitees across all hospitality groups, Speedway Motorsports managed creating all invitations, RSVP management, ticket deployment, Know Before You Go style emails, executive itineraries, and a 24/7 dedicated team or any guest questions or concerns through the pre-race process and race weekend.
Speedway Motorsports supplied complimentary hotel accommodations at the Fairmont Austin Hotel with VIP hotel guest status. Upon arriving, all executives and VIP guests received a welcome gift package with custom merchandise. All guest transportation was managed with a private black car service for all travel and planned race activities. All guests were invited to a private VIP industry event Saturday evening before the race with live music and a concert. The EchoPark Executives and VIP guests had a dedicated concierge the entire race weekend. Additionally, executives had a private meet and greets with Darius Rucker, Michael Waltrip and Daniel Suarez.
Saturday VIP guests were offered private black car transportation to attend the Pit Boss 250 Race at COTA. All guests were invited into a VIP executive suite with VIP track credentials for the day. Guests were able to relax in the suite with food and beverages throughout the day.
Sunday executives and VIP guests were welcomed into their private executive grandstand suite. All attendees received welcome day gift upon arriving, complimentary food and beverage throughout the race day and VIP credentials to access exclusive areas around the track. Executives all received complimentary access to the Smith Family owners Paddock Loft, a private infield motorhome, and private garage tours.
100 VIP parking passes and private black car services were provided race weekend for executives and VIP guests.
